We are looking for a Supervisor to oversee daily shift operations across departments, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standard.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise shift teams and allocate daily tasks.
Monitor workflow to ensure schedules and targets are met.
Enforce safety, hygiene, and quality protocols on the floor.
Report shift performance and issues to management.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve day-to-day bottlenecks.
Train and guide new team members.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
2-4 years of relevant supervisory experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
