What's Included
Five documents cover the majority of import requirements. If your market asks for something else, we'll tell you during onboarding whether it's already on file.
CE Technical File
Full technical documentation showing the product meets applicable EU directives — design records, risk assessments, test reports, and label checks.
Certificate of Free Sale (CFS)
Government-issued confirmation that the product is legally manufactured and sold in its country of origin — usually the first document a customs office asks for.
Free Sale Certificate (FSC)
Same function as a CFS, formatted under the regional name some ministries of health require in place of it. We prepare whichever naming your destination expects.
Certificate of Analysis (COA)
Batch-specific lab results confirming the shipped product matches its specification — potency, purity, contaminant testing and shelf-life data.
Declaration of Conformity
Signed statement declaring exactly which standards and directives the product meets, and on what basis — filed alongside the technical file in most regulated categories.
Market-Specific Extras
Import permits, product notifications, halal or kosher attestations, and other market-specific filings — prepared on request once we know your destination.
